Frequently Asked Questions

  • How to Tour an Available Property?

Our homes are set up for self-showing utilizing Rently. This allows you to tour the home any day of the week between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm.

    It's easy as 1, 2, 3:

    1. Set up an account at www.Rently.com  (or use your existing Rently account).

    2. Enter the Property Address or the Rently Smart Lock serial number.

    3. Follow the instructions provided.

  • What is the Security Deposit Alternative?

This modern alternative to security deposits replaces traditional cash security deposits with low payments.

Rhino's Security Deposit Insurance product replaces cash deposits with smart, affordable insurance. Renters pay Rhino a small fee (instead of a large cash deposit), and the policy secured the home for the property owner in case of damage or unpaid fees.

Policies can start at as low as $4 a month, or some renters may pay upfront. Pricing is unique to each renter and is based on factors such as your security deposit amount, credit score, and more.

Once your rental application is approved you can request a Rhino invitation which takes 60 seconds to complete.  Choose your payment plan, submit your first payment, and get ready to move in!

  • Do you allow pets?

Yes. The maximum number of pets is two (2) per household.  All tenants must register their household pet or request a reasonable accommodation for an assistance animal by visiting https://arg.petscreening.com prior to approval of any application. A non-refundable pet premium and additional pet rent is required.

Please see the Tenant Qualifications for specific details regarding the pet policy. Domestic cats and dogs only, unless an approved service animal.
