What are your office hours?
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm
What appliances are included in your homes?
Each home is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Most homes are equipped with a built-in microwave.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. The maximum number of pets is two (2) per home. Pets and service animals will be subject to registration at www.petscreening.com prior to approval of any application. A pet deposit and additional pet rent is required. Please see the Tenant Qualifications for specific details regarding our pet policy.
Are the prices negotiable?
Our prices are not negotiable and are subject to change without notice.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Our rental terms are 12 months in length. There may be a situation where a short-term lease would be beneficial to both parties and an exception made. These will be determined on a case by case basis. Short-term leases will not be entered into where the lease ends during the months of November-February.
How do I schedule an appointment to view a home?
Our homes are set up for a Self-Showing using Rently lockboxes. This allows you to tour the home any day of the week between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm. You will be required to create a Rently account in order to view our homes at www.Rently.com. Each tour will require a one-time nominal fee of $0.99 paid via a credit card which is also used to verify your identity. For more information on Rently, you may visit their website or download the app.
Do you accept Section 8 or other subsides?
We do not accept Section 8, housing vouchers or any other subsidy or entitlement.
How do I apply for a home?
You may apply for a home by visiting our website, finding the appropriate home and clicking the “Apply Now” button. Each occupant, aged 18 or older, residing in the home will be required to submit a separate application. A $35.00, non-refundable, application fee will apply per application.
How long does the application process take?
Applications will typically be acknowledged and processed within one business day, if complete. Lack of information or lack of co-occupant applications will delay the process. If applications are not completed by the applicant within 3 business days, they will be considered cancelled. All applications are processed on a first come basis.
Can you ‘hold’ a home?
A home will only be taken off the market with a signed lease and all applicable deposits paid. A lease must be in effective within 21 days from approval of the application.
Do I need a certain credit score to qualify?
